At Indusfort, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
30-Day Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged and include all original packaging and accessories where applicable. Return postage costs may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Once your refund has been processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
